Minako sighs a bit. She's gotten much less of Lucy's ornery moods than Freya has, so she can't blame her roommate for blowing off a bit of steam. But still, right now they're trying to convince Luna to talk with Lucy, not turn her away from it...

"In the end, it's your decision whether or not you want to see her again. Yes, she could've gone about this more properly, and yes, she might not be an ideal sister right now. But if you ask the two of us? She's trying, she wants to do better, and spending time with you might be the nudge in the right direction for her." A small lift of her shoulders. "Maybe for both of you."

Luna knew everything they were saying made sense. She didn't want it to, because she still wanted to be mad. Or she'd gotten used to being mad, she wasn't really sure. It had almost become a bit of a game to disappear when she spotted Lucy looking for her?

Which was probably pretty mean, now that she thought about.

She let out a slow huff then took another bite of her burger, her expression distant and thoughtful, before she turned to the two of them.

"...If I say yes, are there french fries in that bag?"

"Can't say there are. There is another burger."

Well. It was supposed to be for Lucy. If that's what it took to get Luna to agree to this mess, then she'd just go buy the youngest roommate another.

Or hell, go buy Luna fries. They're what, two dollars?

Minako lets out a mildly amused sound, getting up and stretching a bit.

"If you say yes, I can buy you fries and a milkshake."

"Who can eat two burgers?" She was a growing girl but not growing that much, Freya. But she leaned back as if she really had to think about this.

"Fries and a milkshake, huh..." She took a thoughtful bite of her burger, chewed, swallowed.

"Might be enough. Maybe." How badly did they want her to do this anyway....

Well, Freya could eat two burgers. Possibly three. Look, she spent a lot of energy in a week.

She snorts quietly. "Got downgraded from a yes to a maybe. Better stop while you're ahead, Mina."

[complementing]

She smiles and raises her hands in surrender.

"That's all I was going to offer, I promise. Even my generosity has its limits."

Minako tilts her head at Luna, eyebrows arching. Now comes the million dollar question.

"So, will you meet with her?"

Luna huffed at Freya and then rolled her eyes, leaning back as she finished her burger and reaching out to steal a napkin so she could wipe off her hands.

"Fine, fine. I'll go see her." She said. "But I'm not promising how it'll go or anything."

[belligerentwarrior]

This time, Freya laughs, bright and genuine.

"We're not here to ask the impossible. The chance'll do."

Lucy was a friend, and she's come a long way—but she was still Lucy, poorly expressive and volatile.

Minako smiles faintly, raising her hands to show Luna her crossed fingers.

"Still hoping that it'll work out well, though."

Because if it doesn't, well...it'll probably come back to her and Freya anyways.

"I suppose there's nothing wrong with hoping," she said, looking amused. Luna wasn't the most optimistic person, really. Ah well.

"So, I get fries now right?"

But she knew what she wanted!

"Well, you heard her. You made the girl a promise, Mina."

Freya stands from the bench, looking at her roommate.

She turns with a laugh and raises a hand over her shoulder to salute them.

"Yup~ I'm off!"

[And thus Luna waited for Minako, talking about nothing with Freya, until she got her bribe...and then she shuffled off to go meet her sister.]
