The Chaos Child - From the discarded emotions of Lightning Farron and the swirling darkness of the Unseen Chaos came Lumina, a child of whimsy and dark amusement who turns her life towards ‘helping’ others...for her own amusement. Eternally twelve, Lumina made her way through the remnants of the dying world of Gran Pulse like a prankster with a heart of gold, teasing, tricking and cajoling whomever happened to catch her attention. Unhealthy attached to your dead cat, desperately trying to bring her back? Lumina can help with that...though she may turn you into a cat to teach you to let go of things. Whatever works, right? She was adrift in the ruins of life for years, the souls of the swirling chaos taking care of her as she made her way through the islands that would become Nova Crystallis, playing and teasing and living. She became a pest to the overwrought Snow, a symbol of hope to the destitute Sazh, and a harbinger of a dark future to the heartbroken Noel. But she never stayed still, never found anywhere to stop, until Fang and Vanille awoke from their thousand year sleep. In Fang she found another person to bother, but in Vanille she found something else. A friend. The first one she had ever had, really. She spent the next ten years with her, living in the grand cathedral of the Order, trying to keep Vanille happy despite the great burden placed upon her. She still went out into the world, teasing and exploring and playing, but now she had a home to go back to, and the closest thing she’d ever reached to a family. At least until the Savior woke up...
